These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of services provided by USA Credit Experts (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, enrolling in our services, or submitting payment, you (“Client” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Services
USA Credit Experts provides credit repair, credit consulting, dispute preparation, credit monitoring assistance, business credit guidance, and related financial education services. Services may include preparing and mailing dispute letters to credit bureaus, creditors, or data furnishers regarding inaccurate, unverifiable, outdated, or questionable information appearing on a client’s credit profile.
USA Credit Experts does not act as a law firm, debt settlement company, lender, or credit bureau.
2. No Guarantee of Results
USA Credit Experts does not guarantee specific credit score increases, deletions, approvals, funding amounts, timelines, or financial outcomes. Credit bureau investigations and creditor responses are controlled by third parties outside of our control.
Results vary depending on the accuracy of reporting, client participation, responsiveness of credit bureaus, and overall credit history.
3. Subscription Services & Billing
USA Credit Experts offers month-to-month subscription-based services. Clients authorize USA Credit Experts to charge the payment method on file for recurring monthly service fees until canceled.
Current service plans may include:
Each dispute line may be sent to Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion as part of the client’s dispute strategy.
Payments are due according to the selected subscription plan. Failure to maintain valid payment information may result in suspension or termination of services.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate and truthful information, cooperate with document requests, review correspondence when requested, and refrain from submitting fraudulent or misleading information.
Clients understand that maintaining positive payment habits, reducing debt utilization, and avoiding new negative reporting may impact overall results.
5. Authorized User Tradelines
USA Credit Experts may provide information or referrals regarding authorized user tradeline opportunities. Placement on authorized user accounts is not guaranteed and may depend on availability, eligibility, and third-party approval.
USA Credit Experts does not guarantee specific score increases resulting from authorized user tradelines.
6. Communication Consent
By submitting your contact information, you consent to receive communications from USA Credit Experts, including phone calls, emails, text messages, service updates, reminders, and promotional communications. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
7. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel services at any time by providing written notice to USA Credit Experts prior to the next billing cycle. Cancellation requests submitted after billing has processed may apply to the following billing period.
No refunds are provided for services already performed, dispute letters already prepared or mailed, administrative processing, or completed consultations.
8. Compliance with Federal and California Law
USA Credit Experts operates in compliance with applicable federal laws, including the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), and applicable California consumer protection laws.
Clients acknowledge receipt of all required disclosures and cancellation rights where applicable.
9. Limitation of Liability
USA Credit Experts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of services, including loan denials, lost opportunities, credit decisions, or financial losses.
Maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for services during the prior thirty (30) days.
10. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless USA Credit Experts, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from inaccurate information provided by the client, misuse of services, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, graphics, dispute templates, educational materials, and marketing materials are the property of USA Credit Experts and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
12. Privacy
Use of services is also governed by the USA Credit Experts Privacy Policy.
13. Arbitration Agreement
Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions or the use of services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of California. Clients waive the right to participate in class actions or jury trials to the fullest extent permitted by law.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California.
15. Modifications
USA Credit Experts reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of services following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
